A leading construction and engineering company in Dublin is seeking a People Operations Manager responsible for delivering a high-quality HR service. The role involves overseeing operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the employee experience across Ireland and the UK. The People Operations Manager is responsible for delivering a high-quality, compliant and efficient People Operations service across all Sisk locations. This includes leading teams based in Dublin and St Albans, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate data management and continuous improvement in the employee experience. The role will also help shape the future of HR service delivery, working closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence. Travel will be required as part of this role.
