Ability to troubleshoot data issues, identify patterns, elevate risks, and drive issues to resolution. Proven ability to coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams in a deadline‑driven environment. Strong Excel and data management skills, with comfort reviewing large data sets, comparing outputs, and identifying discrepancies. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document processes, summarize issues, and provide status updates. Execution‑focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments, and operate with sound judgment.

What will set you apart:

Hands‑on Workday HCM data load experience. Experience supporting compensation‑related HR data processes. Ability to improve recurring processes through documentation, checklists, root‑cause analysis, and stakeholder coordination. Comfort operating in a hybrid delivery model with internal teams and third‑party providers.
