Job summary

Adare Manor in Ireland is seeking a dedicated People & Culture Partner to drive engagement, support our growing team, and deliver best-in-class HR operations across the resort.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will collaborate with leaders and team members to foster a high-performance, inclusive environment, lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and implement wellbeing and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a People/HR Generalist or Business Partner role.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Understanding of Irish employment law and best practices in employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with data, reporting tools and HR systems.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for people and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new team members.
• Champion employee engagement, drive wellbeing programmes and team-building initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and act as a trusted advisor to managers.
• Track and analyse HR metrics and reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Manage and execute HR projects and initiatives aligned with values and goals.
• Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

About The Role

As a People & Culture Partner, you will play a key role in driving engagement, supporting our growing team and delivering best in class HR operations across the business.
