This role goes far beyond HR administration. You will work with Hotel Leaders to foster an environment where colleagues can thrive, develop, perform and feel recognised for the difference they make every day.

Qualifikationen

• Strong People & Culture/HR experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Ability to coach, influence and challenge leaders.
• Organised, commercial and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• HR partner who is visible, approachable and connected to operations.

Aufgaben

• Support employee relations and HR queries.
• Assist with performance and absence management.
• Coordinate colleague recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training programmes.
• Prepare payroll information and maintain employee records.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Maintain HR systems and produce people-related reports.
• Support colleague development and employee engagement activities.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
