Job summary
Stripe, a leading payments infrastructure platform, is seeking a senior People Analytics Analyst and Business Partner for its International organization. You will be the sole analytics team member in Europe, partnering with People Partners and senior leaders across Core, Tech, and GTM functions to deliver high-impact insights and automation.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in management consulting or people analytics, strong data storytelling, Visier proficiency, and experience with AI tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years in management consulting, people analytics, or related analytical roles.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders as a single point of contact.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for leadership audiences.
- Working knowledge of Visier or similar BI platforms.
- Experience using AI platforms to accelerate analytics workflows.
- Experience with human capital benchmarking and target setting.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and delivering high-quality work at pace.
Responsibilities
- Serve as analytics partner and trusted advisor to People Partners and senior leaders.
- Develop analyses shaping workforce decisions and respond to urgent ad hoc requests.
- Design and maintain analytics products and self-service tooling.
- Collaborate with data engineering to improve workforce data ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional work with People Research, Partnerships, and Business.
- Support international sites across Core, Tech, and GTM functions.
