A prominent banking institution in Dublin seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for over 10,000 employees across ROI and UK jurisdictions. The role focuses on managing a team, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements within payroll operations. Candidates should have at least 7 years of payroll experience and strong leadership abilities. Benefits include a hybrid work model and various employee support programs.
Block H, Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 with Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office, increasing to 3 days in from 1st January 2026 – Wednesday, Thursday & Friday).
This is a unique opportunity to manage an in‑house payroll for over circa 10,000 employees. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and evolve our payroll operations across our ROI and UK jurisdictions. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing. The role brings with it the opportunity to combine deep payroll expertise with inspiring leadership.
Leading a team of payroll specialists, this role oversees all aspects of payroll operations and ensures robust governance, continuous improvement, and alignment with organisational objectives. Reporting into the Group Reward Team, the role sits within the HR Function and provides the opportunity to deliver on the broader HR strategic priorities.
