This is a great opportunity to join the Templetuohy Farm Machinery Clonmel team, and work with a broad range of businesses and world-renowned Agricultural Machinery brands including: John Deere, Lemken and Kramer. As Parts Manager, you will coordinate and distribute the workload for maximum parts sales, parts turnover and profitability.

  • Allocates tasks to parts personnel, based on their expertise and skills. Ensuring that everyone understands the departments mission, tasks and responsibilities.
  • Monitors parts sales to ensure budgeted sales and profit goals are achieved.
  • Manages parts processes, policies and guidelines consistently i.e. ordering, receiving, inventory, selling, return and marketing.
  • Assists with training developing parts personnel and conducts performance reviews.
  • Assists with sales at the counter and supports customer’s needs.
  • Provides quotes and estimates to customers, service, and sales department.
  • Ensures parts are in stock or delivered on time for work on machines.
  • Accounts collections and invoice processing.
Person Specification
