Job summary

Specsavers in Clonmel is seeking a Trainee Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and assist the optical team. You will book eye tests, pre-screen patients, and offer style advice while learning on the job.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and development with the support of experienced Opticians. This is a part-time role (24 hours across 3 days per week) with Saturdays essential, plus Specsavers Perks and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• No years of experience required; passion and customer focus are key.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the Specsavers team.
• Comfort with using IT systems in store operations.
