Job summary

Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited, Ireland's leading mobile provider, is hiring a part-time Retail Associate to deliver friendly service to customers and drive sales in-store. The role is 20 hours per week with a competitive starting salary and a generous OTE on top, along with excellent benefits.

You will help customers with product choices, assist with app-based self-service, and contribute to a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, both listening and presenting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and proactive service to every customer.
• Understand customer needs and match them to products and services.
• Take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution.
• Promote self-service via the My3 app using a "show, not do" approach.
