Job summary

PVH Europe is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily shop floor operations at flagship retail locations. You will collaborate with management to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and uphold high store standards.

You will leverage prior supervisory experience in premium brands to lead a team, communicate promotions, and ensure a consistent, positive customer journey while maintaining merchandising excellence.

About the Role

The Supervisor ensures efficient shop floor operations, partnering with the management team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain store standards across our flagship retail locations.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and profit.
  • Support the management team in all personnel, product, merchandising, business processes, and results for the store.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
  • Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
  • Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team, offering exemplary customer journeys.
  • Foster a positive store experience, treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
  • Support the team in delivering the business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
  • Achieve company standards and goals for personal sales results: sales vs budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
  • Perform manager‑on‑duty functions, manage store opening/closing, and oversee the sales floor.
  • Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure staff accountability in building a repeat customer base through unparalleled service.
  • Ensure “door to floor” best practices with visual merchandising directives for the sales floor and back room are executed and consistently reviewed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to build a talent pool for key positions, including potential successors.
About You
  • Have a previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
  • Have prior people‑management experience with the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements.
  • Be an effective communicator who builds relationships with ease.
  • Be a team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others.
  • Be confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
  • Work well with change, quickly adapting and working with pace.
  • Be energetic and authentic, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
  • Approach all issues with a “can‑do” mindset and act with initiative to find in‑store solutions.
