Job summary

Aldi Ireland is seeking store staff to join a fast-paced, friendly team where every day brings a new challenge. You will be at the heart of the store, delivering superb customer service, stocking shelves and helping to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Key to the role is a can-do attitude, reliability and flexibility working 15–20 hour contracts, with opportunities for training, development and wellbeing programmes as part of our commitment to our colleagues.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable, and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable with replenishing stock at pace to ensure the best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don’t meet Aldi standards
