Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Obtained HR qualification or enrolled to undertake HR qualification.
  • Experienced in recruitment and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an advisor to all company managers regarding HR matters.
  • Lead recruitment activities and manage onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinaries.
  • Notify finance and update records on Microsoft Excel.
  • Monitor and review levels of employee absence.
  • Complete HR Administration duties for compliance.
