Job summary

Sky is hiring a Retail Sales Advisor based at Blackpool Shopping Centre in Cork. You’ll greet customers, discuss Sky’s latest offers and demo products, and tailor recommendations to each shopper.

Training is provided, and you’ll join a friendly sales team to drive uncapped commission on top of a €15,392 base salary. This role is part-time (20 hours across 2.5 days per week, including weekends) in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong passion for selling with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to understand and match customer needs to Sky products.
• Comfort working as part of a sales team to achieve targets.
