McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy in Redmond Square is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor on a part-time, fixed-term basis. The role focuses on OTC counter care, shop floor sales and serving as the main contact for customers.

Ideal candidates will have community pharmacy OTC experience, excellent product knowledge, strong communication, and a confidential, empathetic approach with a solid work ethic. Shop merchandising and stock control are also part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Previous Pharmacy OTC experience in a community Pharmacy with excellent product knowledge would be an important advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to get along with a variety of different personalities.
• Good prioritising, multi-tasking and organisational skills.
• Be confidential and empathetic to our Customer needs.
• Must have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• To deliver a high level of customer service and to adhere to company policies and ethos.
• Ability to offer customers exceptional assistance.
• To ensure that the pharmacy is properly merchandised and kept clean and tidy and ensure that stock levels are maintained correctly.
• Cash handling and stock rotation.
