Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with retail and construction customers through value-added selling and dependable service.
• Make telesales calls to construction customers to take orders, follow up on requirements and promote current offers.
• Work towards sales and margin targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-merchandised shop floor and counter area.
• Support other store locations when required, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment and follow all company safety procedures.
