Job summary

FMI invites applications for a Part-Time Merchandiser in Kilkenny. The role supports stock replenishment, shelf presentation, and product displays while ensuring labeling and standards are met. It suits someone who enjoys hands-on, physically active work and can perform tasks with accuracy.

You will work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM–8:30 AM, total 5 hours/week) with a pay rate of 14.15 EUR per hour. Owning a car is preferred.

Qualifications

• Flexible and open to providing relief cover when needed.
• Comfortable with a physically active role.
• Able to carry out regular manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience preferred (training provided).
• Own car and full driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Replenish shelves and maintain stock levels.
• Move stock from storage to the shop floor.
• Build and maintain product displays.
• Ensure products are organized and labeled to standards.
• Perform regular manual handling tasks.
• Push and maneuver stock trolleys.
• Work while standing, bending, and reaching.
• Collaborate with store management and FMI Supervisor.
• Remote check-in and check-out via company app.
• Use handheld devices or reporting systems to complete tasks.

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Merchandiser to provide flexible support within our store. The role is hands-on and involves active stock replenishment while maintaining high presentation standards. It would suit someone who enjoys practical, on-the-go work and is comfortable in a physically active environment.

Schedule

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00AM TO 8:30AM. Total 5 hrs per week : Pay : 14.15.

Stock Replenishment & Merchandising

• Replenishing shelves and maintaining stock levels
• Moving stock from storage areas to the shop floor
• Building and maintaining product displays
• Ensuring products are organised and labelled in line with company standards
• Manual Handling Regular lifting and handling of stock
• Pushing and manoeuvring stock trollies
• Continuous standing, bending, and reaching during shifts

Collaboration & Reporting

Working closely with store management, client, and FMI Supervisor Remote check-in and check-out via company app Using handheld devices or reporting systems to complete required tasks
