BaxterStorey is seeking a passionate Supervisor for a private hospital near Lucan, Dublin. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with flexible hours and a starting hourly rate of €19.00. You will lead catering staff, monitor quality, manage logistics for events, and ensure excellent guest service.

Competenze

Experience in a Supervisor role ideal in contract catering or hospitality.
Some healthcare experience desirable.
Good understanding of report writing and financial management.
Excellent supervisory and communication skills.

Analytical approach to problem-solving.

Mansioni

Supervision and Training - recruit, train, and supervise catering staff.
Quality Control - monitor food quality, presentation and service standards.
Logistics Management - coordinate delivery, setup and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies.
Customer Service - build positive client relationships and handle inquiries with professionalism.
Admin Responsibilities - maintain records and support the wider team.
