Part-Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) | Dublin South / City
Our client is a well-established and growing SME firm of Chartered Accountants based in Dublin South/City, advising a diverse client base across property and construction, financial services, technology, marketing and communications, and not-for-profit organisations.
As part of their continued growth, the firm is now seeking to recruit a Part-Qualified Chartered Accountant to join their Audit & Accounts team. This role is ideally suited to someone currently undertaking, or committed to undertaking, the ACA / Chartered Accountant qualification and looking to complete their training in a high-quality SME practice environment.
You will gain broad exposure across audit, accounts, and advisory work, working closely with Managers and Partners while progressing through your professional exams.

Structured training and mentoring from experienced Managers and Partners
Broad exposure to audit, accounts, and advisory work
Varied SME and owner-managed client portfolio

Clear long-term progression pathway within the firm
Assisting on audit assignments from planning through to completion
Preparation of statutory financial statements for SME and owner-managed clients
Assisting with the preparation of Corporation Tax, Income Tax, and VAT returns
Supporting the preparation of management accounts and advisory reports
Maintaining books and records for a range of clients
Liaising with clients under the guidance of Managers and Partners
Working collaboratively with senior and junior team members to meet deadlines
Developing technical knowledge in line with ACA training requirements
Currently studying, or committed to studying, the ACA / Chartered Accountant qualification
Relevant experience in an accountancy practice environment preferred
Strong academic background with a genuine interest in audit and accounting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn
Ability to manage deadlines and workload alongside exam commitments
Motivated, ambitious, and keen to build a long-term career in practice
