Job summary

National Vehicle Distribution in Rosslare is seeking skilled Panel Beaters for a permanent role. You will perform strip and refit, panel repair and replacement to restore vehicles to manufacturer standards. A clean Class B driving licence is required, with training provided for welding and related techniques.

Qualifications

• Panel Beater experience in strip and refit, panel repair and panel replacement.
• Chassis alignment and jig work.
• Use of dent pulling equipment.
• Plastic welding / glue pulling equipment (training provided).
• Determined to get the job done and maintain high standards.
• Some computer skills (training provided).
• Full clean driving license – Class B.

Responsibilities

• Excellent skills in strip and refit of vehicles.
• Cosmetic repairs: light filler work, bumper and plastic repairs.
• Panel prep for primer and paint.
• PDR experience an advantage (training provided).
• Heavy repairs: high standard of filler repair and finish.
• Panel replacement if required.
• Mig / MAG steel welding, spot welding essential.
• Aluminium / brass welding advantage not necessary.
