• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with GDP.
• Coordinate the availability of packaging materials and components.
• Provide training, coaching, and task allocation to team members.
• Support new product introductions, equipment implementation, and process improvements.
• Maintain inspection readiness and assist during audits and regulatory inspections.
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

In this role, you will ensure safety, quality, and compliance while driving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a hands‑on leader, providing guidance to the packaging team and collaborating with cross‑functional departments to meet production goals. This is a shift‑based position requiring flexibility to work alternating shifts.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
