Job summary

AbbVie in Ireland is seeking a dedicated operator to support core packaging lines and ensure adherence to safety, quality and cGMP standards. You will perform in-process checks, complete batch documentation and maintain a clean, compliant workstation on a daily basis.

The role requires adaptability, strong teamwork across functions, and a proactive mindset to participate in safety and quality initiatives while staying current with trainings and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AbbVie's Safety, Environmental and Quality goals and SOPs.
• Operate TLM packing and semi-automated packing lines.
• Perform in-process checks and complete batch documentation per cGMP.
• Keep workstation clean, organized and compliant with procedures.
• Stay current with cGMP and safety training via eLMS.
• Engage in departmental safety, quality and improvement programs.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Maintain and observe all AbbVie’s Safety, Environmental and Quality goals and policies by working safely and observing allgeneral plant and departmental safety and Quality policies
• Perform all assigned duties in accordance with SOP’s andcGMP’s.
• Operate Core lines which includes the TLM packing machine and semi automated packing line.
• Operate Packaging equipment.
• Complete in process check.
• Ensure all samples are handled as per procedure.
• Ensure line clearances are completed diligently and in accordance with department procedures and cGMP everytime.
• Complete batch documentation associated with activity incompliance with cGMP
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation with goodhousekeeping.
• Complete all assigned duties according to departmentalSOP’s and cGMP
• Remain current on effective procedures relating to the jobthrough eLMS and on the job training
• Complete and remain current with all required cGMP andsafety training
• Engage and be proactive in departmental incentives forsafety, quality and BBI program
• Perform other duties as assigned
