Key responsibilities

• Conveyancing, residential, commercial and new build;
• Probate experience would be preferable but not essential - applying for and extracting Grants, estate distribution and client communication;
• Drafting, reviewing and advising on all relevant legal documentation together with managing files from instruction to completion.
