We’re building something big. Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) – the stuff that keeps the lights on when the wind stops blowing and the sun goes down. It’s the future of energy, and we’ve got an exceptionally strong pipeline of projects across Ireland and the UK. We need someone who can make sure these sites run like clockwork.

What’s the job?

You’ll be the person who makes things happen on site. Representing the Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of everything from pre‑mobilisation to commissioning and demobilisation. You’ll manage subcontractors, keep safety front and centre, and make sure quality doesn’t slip. In short, you’ll be the one who turns plans into reality.

What you’ll actually do:

• Get involved early – help shape programmes, schedules, and site setups.
• Keep productivity high and problems low.
• Chair meetings, manage subcontractors, and make sure everyone’s where they need to be.
• Drive safety culture – toolbox talks, audits, and the “don’t walk by” approach.
• Deliver quality – zero snags is the goal.
• Own the close‑out process so the client gets what they paid for.
