Job summary

Musgrave Group in Ireland invites an experienced Own Brand Sourcing Expert to lead the business side of technology transformation, focusing on PLM and sourcing across the organisation. The role can be based in Cork or Dublin, operating on a hybrid model and reporting to the Commercial Transformation Director.

You will define future processes, drive change, develop requirements, ensure data readiness, and support training and UAT across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in the sourcing of Own Brand / private label products.
• Strong ability to define future processes and change roadmaps.
• Develop and implement change management plans to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define future to-be business processes, operating model and change road map with direction from Business Process Owner and the Commercial Transformation Director.
• Drive simplicity, business transformation and best practice ways of working.
• Create functional requirements documents and confirm scope in line with business needs.
• Determine change impact by role and develop change management plan to drive user adoption.
• Develop communications and engagement plan and deliver same (including to Own Brand suppliers).
• Support IT Lead & Business Process Owner in developing the Delivery / Implementation CAR, including detailed business benefits.
• Ensure data readiness, assess data risk and perform data UAT & validation.
• Work with superusers and change champions to drive user adoption.

The purpose of the Own Brand Sourcing Expert is to deliver the business side of the technology transformation and ensure we maximise the opportunity with Own Brand Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) best of breed technology and adapt how we work today with specific focus on sourcing

** Please note that this is a 2 year Fixed Term contractand the role can be based in Cork or Dublin (Hybrid)

What you`ll be doing

• Define future to-be business processes, operating model and change road map with direction from Business Process Owner and theCommercial Transformation Director.
• Drive simplicity, business transformation and best practice ways of working
• Create functional requirements documents and confirm scope in line with business needs
• Determine change impact by role and develop change management plan to drive user adoption
• Develop communications and engagement plan and deliver same (including to Own Brand suppliers)
• Support the IT Lead & Business Process Ownerin developing the Delivery / Implementation CAR, including detailed business benefits
• Ensure data readiness, assess data risk (e.g. allergens) and perform data UAT & validation
• Work with superusers and change champions to drive user adoption
• Review and approve User Acceptance Test (UAT) Strategy & Plans and perform UAT
• Develop rollout and training approach to ensure new tools and ways of working are embedded
• Support development of training materials & delivery of user training
• Provide support to business users during hypercare
• Managed by Business Process Owner & seek directions / instructions when required
• Work as part of Commercial Transformation team alongside IT & vendor team members
• The scope of work is enterprise-wide
