Job description

We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The role

As our Outsourcing and Operations Manager, you will be a vital part of the Paymentsense Ireland Limited (PIL) management team. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how we scale and evolve our operations across Europe. You’ll be a strategic partner to the COO, taking ownership of the day-to-day management of our outsourcing arrangements and ensuring our operational processes run smoothly, remain compliant, and are ready for growth.

What you will do...
  • Drive the maturity of PIL's outsourcing framework, owning policies, strategies, and committee meetings to ensure outcomes are executed.
  • Direct the entire governance lifecycle, including the scheduling of risk assessments, due diligence reviews, and exit strategy testing.
  • Design and maintain performance dashboards to track international growth, monitoring all data from service providers against agreed-upon metrics.
  • Act as an early warning system by identifying negative performance trends or capacity bottlenecks and flagging them to management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for service provider performance and capacity planning, ensuring alignment with our growth targets.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports on outsourcing performance and risk posture to the PIL Board and regulators.
What you will bring...
  • Solid experience working with outsourcing governance and regulatory frameworks, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • A strong working knowledge of EBA guidelines and Irish outsourcing obligations.
  • An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while remaining detail-oriented.
  • A highly collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt your communication style for a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to cut through complexity and communicate insights clearly.
  • A passion for operational excellence and an interest in how technology, such as Salesforce or AI, can improve workflows.
