Salesforce is seeking an Adoption Program Manager to own the Agentforce adoption portfolio for Service Cloud, driving end-to-end deployment across lighthouse and scaled customers. You’ll coordinate with field teams, product, and partners to accelerate live deployments and build scalable playbooks.
The role requires 8+ years in technical product management, hands-on AI/LLM experience, and a proven ability to translate field signals into product actions. Travel ~25% is expected.
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword - it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Customer Engineering team is Salesforce's zero-to-one product hardening and incubation function for Agentforce Service Cloud and emerging Salesforce products - including ITSM and CCaaS. We embed senior engineers directly with a small portfolio of selected lighthouse customers - getting Agentforce Service capabilities live in production, fast, and fixing what we find at the product level. Every engagement produces two outputs: a working customer deployment and product improvements. Blockers are resolved in the codebase, not in bespoke workarounds. Field learnings feed directly into the Agentforce product roadmap. We sit where engineering sits.
Operator mentality required. Program brain essential. Growth hacker at heart. We are hiring an Adoption PM to own the Agentforce adoption program from zero to one thousand customers. You will not manage individual deployments - you will manage the entire portfolio. Your mission, every day, is a single question: how many customers are live, and what is standing between today and more? This is an outbound role in the product management sense: you are not working with scrum teams directly. You are working with customers, field teams, product, and partners to drive adoption at velocity. You translate what you see in the field into product requirements through the inbound product managers who build and deliver. You own the feedback loop that makes everything faster. In a startup this role is called a growth hacker. In product management it is a TPM. At Salesforce, it is the person who ensures the first 100 customers go live and that the playbook is sharp enough to take the next 900 without you in every room.
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
