Job summary

McCabes Pharmacy in Kenmare, Co. Kerry is seeking an OTC Sales Assistant for a full-time role (37 hours per week). You will drive OTC sales, advise customers on store products, and deliver high-quality customer service on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to upsell mainly OTC products.
• Good product knowledge and willingness to learn about store products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Attention to till accuracy and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: increase O.T.C sales through link selling.
• Put Patients First: advise and assist customers with all store products.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: engage actively with customers and provide a high standard in customer service.
• Stay Fully Informed: develop excellent product knowledge.
• Point of Sale Accuracy: Perform till duties with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
