PHX Ireland is seeking an OTC Sales Assistant for our Nutgrove SC pharmacy. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hrs per week. You’ll be part of a community-focused team within the McCabes Pharmacy network, contributing to patient care and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly and informed customer service in a pharmacy setting.
• Advise customers on store products and OTC medicines.
• Develop product knowledge to assist patients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: increase OTC sales through link selling.
• Put Patients First: advise and assist customers with all store products.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: engage actively with customers and provide a high standard of customer service.
• Stay Fully Informed: develop excellent product knowledge.
• Point of Sale Accuracy: perform till duties with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
