Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 3–4 years in Fusion Cloud delivery.
• Demonstrated commercial skills, including proposal leadership, scope shaping, and solution design.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues and optimise processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead ERP workstream solutioning in proposals and bids.
• Develop structured ERP capability uplift plans and mentor consultants.
• Provide architecture oversight on ERP engagements.
