Marks & Spencer in Dublin is hiring an Operations Customer Assistant for Mary Street. This role involves keeping stock flowing, managing deliveries and shelf replenishment, and supporting the wider store team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

It is a 24 hour contract with 16 fixed hours; the remaining 12 hours are flexible with at least 3 weeks’ notice. The role is fast-paced, physical, and hands-on in a busy M&S Food store.

Responsibilities

• Working deliveries and moving stock quickly and safely & keeping shelves full, clean, and customer-ready.
• Using digital tools to track stock and support availability.
• Working across the store when needed, from back of house to shop floor
• Supporting your team during busy periods
• Staying organised, focused, and one step ahead
