Our client, a Training & Consultancy company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their Dublin City Centre office on a full-time permanent basis.

This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operations of projects while providing comprehensive support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating executive tasks, and facilitating effective communication within the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Project management is a large part of the role. You will assist in the project management of events by scheduling the work for each of the trainers, planning, logistics and project administration.
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of key projects and initiatives.
  • General queries from clients to be responded to promptly and in a friendly and polite manner.
  • Provide support to all trainers regarding logistics, technical support, and materials for client work. This includes travel arrangements.
  • Responsible for the general running of the office – liaising with suppliers etc.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the executive team, managing their calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage end of month, all payments of invoices, credit card reconciliation.
Who you are
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Previous experience working on projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently.Experience with accounts payable, month end, reconciliation is required.
