Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, IT or a related discipline
• 7 - 10 years working in operational excellence
• Strong knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes (drug product and device assembly preferable)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• PMI or similar project management qualification

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the site’s Operational Excellence strategy.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.
• Lead high-impact CI projects using Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt).
• Mentor Green Belts and coach staff in OpEx methodologies.
• Lead Yellow Belt training and foster lean mindset.
• Embed OE principles via 6S and daily Gemba walks.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping sessions.
• Engage cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop detailed process maps, SOPs, and visual tools.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to leadership.
