Regeneron Ireland in Limerick is seeking a Sr Manager Automation to lead the OT engineers and oversee configuration and installation of biopharma process equipment. This onsite role collaborates with Validation, Manufacturing, and QC to ensure compliant operations and data integrity.

You will mentor staff, drive training and career development, manage budgets and vendor relations, and serve as SME during inspections and investigations to support Regeneron’s mission to deliver life‑changing

Qualificações

• BS/BA in Science, Engineering or Software Programming.
• 8+ years of experience with 5+ years in supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of cGMP biotech/pharma operations and quality policies.
• Strong project management and cross-functional influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead OT engineers/specialists team.
• Coordinate configuration and support of lab and process equipment.
• Mentor, performance manage and develop staff.
• Act as SME during regulatory inspections and investigations.
• Ensure data integrity across manufacturing and testing.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships and service contracts.
