Job summary

Vertiv in Letterkenny is seeking a QMS Specialist to improve, maintain, and enhance the Quality Management System. You will manage QMS documentation, coordinate audits, and drive certification readiness, working with production, EHS, and VOS teams to align processes.

The role focuses on NCR management, risk tracking, and implementing process improvements across the site, with training to raise QMS awareness and ongoing cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a QMS or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Internal Auditor ISO 9001.
• English proficiency 90%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and control QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms).
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure certification readiness.
• Manage Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions, ensuring timely closure.
• Track and follow up on audit action plans and maintain the Risk & Opportunities register.
• Support process improvements with relevant departments and site teams.
