Qualifications

• Active NMBI registration is required.
• Experience with paediatric or disabilities care is preferred.

• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting; Garda Vetting covered by MyHomecare.
• Full driving license may be required.
• Ability to provide two reference contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-to-one nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Perform clinical assessments and care planning.
• Medication management and administration.
• Wound care and clinical interventions.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Focus on one patient at a time and deliver the care you trained for.
