OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an on-site Security Officer in Ireland to ensure safe, welcoming experiences for customers and the public. You will patrol premises, monitor CCTV, complete reports, and respond to incidents following company policies and site risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have the right to work in ROI.
• PSA Licence is ESSENTIAL.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills – Fluent in English both written and oral.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work with CCTV systems.
• Must be able to provide clear and a complete work history including references.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required by the company.
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Ability to follow policy and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers and members of the public.
• Adhere to Company’s policies and procedures, and site Assignment Instructions, when approved and placed on site.
• Ensure the proper and accurate completion of all reports, records and required documentation
• Carry out regular patrols to protect buildings and property from burglary or damage by fire, water, or weather.
• Adhere to health and safety policies, site risk assessments.
• Call emergency services as required and assist Police when necessary
• Monitor CCTV/Lectern where applicable
• Carry out arrests as per principles of ASCONE
• Represent the company professionally and maintain PSA standards of conduct
• Assist and advise Management on security matters at location
• Understand and carry out conflict resolution
• Provide support and information to colleagues, customers, and contractors
• Any ad hoc duties as required by the company
