• 5+ years' experience in a Construction or Civil Engineering safety role.
• In-depth knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation and ISO management standards.
• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the visible face of safety across all sites, leading by example.
• Maintain and improve the company's Safety Management System in line with ISO.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses.
