Job Description

The Office Coordinator is a central point of contact for the Boots Dublin Support Office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through exceptional administrative and front‑of‑house support. This role blends office coordination responsibilities with receptionist duties, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, managing key office operations, and providing administrative assistance to internal teams. With strong organisational skills, excellent communication and a proactive mindset, the Office Coordinator helps create an efficient, welcoming and professional workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional reception and front‑of‑house services, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
  • Oversee office administration supporting general day‑to‑day office operations
  • Provide administrative support to support office teams and new hires
  • Coordination & communication between functions and external partners
  • Manage visitor scheduling and meeting room arrangements
  • All other duties as reasonably required, which are in line with the general scope and nature of the role
What you’ll need to have
  • Previous experience in office coordination, administration, or front desk/reception roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
  • Have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong interpersonal skills. Be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
