Role: Office and Compliance Coordinator

Location: Dublin 24

Salary: €35k – €40k

Role Requirements:

  • Coordinate daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, handling office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files.
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of ISO 45001 standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist with internal audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections, maintaining health & safety documentation and incident reports.
  • Ensure contractors follow health & safety protocols, completing inductions and safety checks.
  • Prepare compliance reports and assist with maintaining ISO certifications, ensuring all records are up-to-date and audit ready.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in office admin, compliance, or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Experience managing contractors and service providers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance documentation.
  • Knowledge of Irish health & safety regulations (advantageous).
