Shareridge carries out construction works nationwide with administrative requirements at crucial points of the process.

Duties:
  • Maintaining documents, records and archives
  • Supporting the administration & front office team with various tasks
  • Liaising with project sites nationwide and assisting with their requests
  • Other ad‑hoc duties as required e.g., Printing, binding etc.
  • Data entry and analysis
  • General office administration duties.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role in busy office environment.
  • Professional, proactive, organised approach with 'can do' attitude.
  • Experience in the construction industry would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with changing deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
