What You’ll Do:
  • Provide warm and professional administrative and customer service to staff, residents, and visitors.
  • Act as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming guests and promoting the home in a caring and friendly manner.
  • Handle enquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely follow‑up.
  • Support with day‑to‑day HR administration including filing, employee records, and payroll.
  • Manage resident accounts, supplier invoices, and other financial duties.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks like preparing reports, letters, emails, and maintaining documentation systems.
  • Ensure stock of resident folders and essential admin supplies is maintained.
  • Look for ways to reduce your carbon footprint as part of our commitment to sustainability.
  • Attend training sessions to build new skills and refresh your knowledge.
  • Be flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of the home.
Looking For:
  • Previous experience in office administration, ideally in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
