Sigmar Recruitment is assisting a medical device manufacturer in Limerick, Ireland, to hire an experienced NPI Project Manager. The role is full-time, onsite, reporting to the Engineering and NPI Manager, managing several concurrent new product introduction projects.

You will translate customer requirements into delivery plans and coordinate people, resources and activities to ensure successful industrialisation, validation and production handover.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Proven delivery of NPI or manufacturing transfer projects through industrialisation and production handover.
• Experience coordinating engineering, quality, operations, supply chain and customers.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 13485, change control, traceability and validation.
• Strong scheduling with dependency management and critical path analysis.
• Capable of managing project costs, risks and customer commitments.
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Life Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from planning through industrialisation, validation and handover to production.
• Translate customer requirements into realistic delivery plans and resource needs.
• Build integrated project plans with scope, WBS, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage schedules and report progress using Arcturus/MS Project.
• Coordinate engineering development, tooling, equipment, suppliers and first builds.
• Manage risks, budgets, scope changes and recovery plans.
• Identify resource conflicts and set priorities with functional leads.
• Lead reviews and provide updates to customers and management.
