Job summary

BD in Enniscorthy, Ireland seeks a Project Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term role central to the successful introduction and manufacturing of new products. You will lead end-to-end engineering projects from concept through production, coordinating with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and budget alignment.

The role requires hands-on installation, calibration, process troubleshooting and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes on site four

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project engineering or similar role.
• Proven track record delivering engineering projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CAD software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering projects from concept through production.
• Drive NPI activities, equipment installation and ramp-up.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency.
• Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and external partners.
• Identify and resolve technical and process challenges.
• Maintain documentation, schedules, risk assessments, and reviews.
• Monitor performance and manage risks, changes, and resources.
