Job summary

Applegreen Ballymount is seeking a Night Shift Operator to manage overnight front-line operations. You will work in a busy retail setting, ensuring security, stock control, and customer service during night hours.

The role requires a can-do attitude, strong communication with colleagues and customers, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with opportunities for development and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the shop overnight in line with company policy and night checklists.
• Ensure perimeter alarms and building security are maintained throughout the night.
• Keep shop area clean, tidy and safe for customers and staff.
• Ensure accurate price labeling and stock rotation on shelves.
• Assist with stock replenishment and shelf stacking as needed.

Night Shift Operator - Applegreen Ballymount

What will I be doing as a Night Shift Operator at Applegreen?

• Operating the shop in line with company policy throughout the night as per shop checklist.
• Ensure all perimeter alarms are activated.
• Ensure the site building is secure throughout the night.
• Keep the shop area clean, tidy, and safe.
• Ensure accurate price labelling of products.
• Stock rotation and shelf stacking.
