Job summary

Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Ireland. You will produce, package and label high quality products within a team, inspecting components with precision equipment and maintaining production records.

The role requires adherence to safety, EHS and SOPs, and involves night shifts with relevant training provided. Leaving Certificate or trade-equivalent education is required, with experience in a regulated environment being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate, Trade or equivalent education level is required.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing machine environment is an advantage.
• Capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Producing and/or packaging and labeling high quality product within a team environment, in line with standard operating procedures.
• Inspecting components by using precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet engineering specifications.
• Completing production records and maintenance logs.
• Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping.
• Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures and requirements.
• Final Inspection Activities to include finished goods inspection and DHR review.
• Demonstrating safe working practices, correct use of equipment, product verification and the adherence to EHS, line clearance and 5 pillars compliance.
