Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Fillpack Coordinator (Representative II, Production Operations) to lead a shift-based manufacturing team near Tulla, Co. Clare. This on-site role focuses on safe, compliant production, quality oversight and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

You will coordinate activities, drive schedules, and support cross-functional teams to meet customer needs while upholding DBS and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Level 7 qualification with 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, or Level 8 qualification with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in manufacturing, laboratory or regulated environment.
• Coordinate priorities, solve problems and drive results in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership, engagement and staff development abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of GMP, quality systems and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Fillpack team, fostering engagement, accountability and safety.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet demand and production schedules.
• Drive quality and compliance by following GMP requirements and procedures.
• Review Batch History Records and production documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement through DBS, waste reduction and operational excellence initiatives.
• Coach and support associates, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve deviations and challenges.
