Qualifications

Job description

Main Duties
  • Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any requests during the night shift.
  • Handle late arrivals and early departures efficiently and courteously.
  • Ensure hotel entrances, lobby, corridors, and public areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Conduct regular security and safety checks of the hotel premises, reporting any issues or incidents to management.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, or emergencies.
  • Prepare and deliver room service orders or refreshments as required.
  • Assist with luggage handling, wake-up calls, and taxi or transport arrangements.
  • Complete night audit tasks or assist the night auditor with reports and administrative duties.
  • Assist with conference and function set ups
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service (hotel experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage).
  • Flexible with working hours between 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday to Sunday.
