Job summary

Paediatric Community Nursing is seeking a nurse to care for a child with complex needs at home in Ballybrittas, overnight. This one-to-one role offers continuity with the same child on every shift and full clinical training before you start.

We welcome RGN, RCN or RNID with paediatric experience and an active NMBI registration. A full driving licence and own car are essential for travel to the family home, which is not accessible by public transport.

Qualifications

• RGN, RCN or RNID
• Active NMBI registration
• Experience of paediatric care
• Comfortable working alone in a family home overnight
• A full driving licence and your own car are essential. The home is not reachable by public transport

Responsibilities

• One-to-one nursing in a family home with the same child on every shift
• Night shifts from 21:00 to 07:00
• Provide ongoing care and monitor the child’s complex needs
