Job summary

Paediatric Community Nursing in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, is seeking a dedicated nurse for a full-time night position (10pm–8am) to support a child with complex medical needs at home.

The role requires RCN or paediatric-experienced RGN, with current NMBI registration, and a strong commitment to paediatric overnight care. You will join a caring team, providing expert overnight nursing care to ensure the child sleeps safely at home while offering families peace of mind and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• RCN qualification, or RGN with paediatric experience.
• Current NMBI registration.
• Confidence in complex clinical care.
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight nursing care in the home to help the child stay in their own bed.
• Work as part of the family care team to support the child and family.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate paediatric care during night hours.
