Job summary

Compass Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Night Catering Supervisor (Part Time) to oversee all catering and service operations on a 30-hour-per-week, Thursday-to-Sunday night shift (7pm–3am).

You’ll ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and lead the team to deliver exceptional food experiences while upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure front of house areas are clean, tidy and attractive during opening times.
• Place orders for stock to maintain correct levels.
• Check and store deliveries promptly and correctly.
• Keep waste to a minimum during beverage production.
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver superior customer service.
• Cash up at end of late shift and complete beverage stock takes.
• Assist in weekly administration in manager’s absence.
• Be proactive, use initiative and solve problems with diplomacy and discretion.

We're recruiting an experienced Night Catering Supervisor (Part Time) who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Compass Group Ireland on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week, Thursdays to Sundays, 7pm-3am. As a Night Catering Supervisor (Part Time), you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the front of house areas are clean, tidy and attractive during opening times
• Place orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Check and put away all deliveries promptly and correctly
• Ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage production
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver superior customer service at all times
• Cash up at the end of a late shift and complete beverage stock takes when required
• In the absence of the Manager, assist in the completion of weekly administration and any other duties that are deemed necessary
• Be pro-active at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
